A native of Lubbock, Texas, and a 1974 graduate of Texas Tech University, Matt began developing commercial real estate in 1995 after a long career in retail. He has developed office, retail, mixed use and multi-family projects in eleven states.

Joe is from Dallas, TX. Joe has worked for Malouf Interests since 2015 and is responsible for supporting all development and investment efforts of the company.

Joe graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance in 2012. Joe is a member of ICSC, TREC, and NAIOP.

Steve is from Nacogdoches, TX and started with Hopkins Commercial in 1993 and served as President from 2003-2009 where he was responsible for running all development. Steve is CEO for Malouf Interests and handles all day to day operations and investments of the company.

Steve graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Steve is a member of ICSC.

Matt, originally from Cincinnati, OH, joined Malouf Interests in 2019 after working with Discovery Land Company for the previous 20 years where he opened several high-end residential communities around the country as the Director of Golf. Matt is responsible for heading of property management for all existing retail properties as well as supporting development and investments efforts of the company. Matt graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
